Return & Refund Policy
At BLURR STREET, we want you to love every order you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns and size exchanges
Request an eligible size exchange or report a wrong item/size, damage or manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are available only for the qualifying issues listed below. A size selected incorrectly by the customer is eligible for exchange, not a refund.
Items must be unused and unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items damaged due to customer use or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
A clear, continuous parcel opening/unboxing video is compulsory for any return or refund claim related to a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product. Record from the moment the sealed parcel is opened until the product and its condition are clearly visible, without cuts or edits. If a valid video is not provided, BLURR STREET reserves the right to reject the claim.
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear
- Accessories
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
Exchange Policy and Shipping Fee
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
If you selected the wrong size, a total shipping fee of ₹149 per size exchange applies. This includes reverse pickup and delivery of the replacement.
No return or exchange shipping fee is charged when BLURR STREET sends the wrong item or a different size from the size ordered, or the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- A wrong item or a different size from the size ordered was delivered
- The product received is damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
A valid parcel opening video is mandatory for refund claims. Without it, the request may not be accepted.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations. If reverse pickup is unavailable, contact our team before self-shipping so we can confirm the return address and arrangements. The total customer fee for an eligible customer-selected size exchange remains ₹149; there is no extra shipping fee beyond this amount.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us with your Order ID, reason for return/exchange, and parcel opening video and product images for wrong/damaged/defective product claims. A parcel opening video is not required for a customer-selected size exchange.
