Return & Refund Policy

At BLURR STREET, we want you to love every order you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Items that are damaged due to customer use or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

A clear, continuous parcel opening/unboxing video is compulsory for any return or refund claim related to a wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product.

The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed parcel is opened until the product and its condition are clearly visible, without any cuts or edits.

If a valid parcel opening video is not provided, BLURR STREET reserves the right to reject the return or refund request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear
  • Accessories
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may need to pay a small shipping fee for exchanges.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Product received is damaged
  • Product has a manufacturing defect

A valid parcel opening video is mandatory for refund claims. Without a parcel opening video, the refund request may not be accepted.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Parcel opening/unboxing video
  • Product images (if damaged/wrong item)

BLURR STREET reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy, including failure to provide a valid parcel opening video where required.
