Return & Refund Policy

At THE HANGERS LUXURY, we want you to love every order you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all tags and packaging intact

Items that are damaged due to customer use or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers

Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers may need to pay a small shipping fee for exchanges.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if:

    • Wrong item was delivered

    • Product received is damaged

    • Product has a manufacturing defect

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup service is available in selected locations.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, contact us with:

  • Reason for return

  • Product images (if damaged/wrong item)
